Brake Lights

can anyone help me just been told tonight i have no brake lights at all,i have checked bulbs which are fine,i have also checked the fuse which seems fine,im now confused any ideas anyone

you have any warning lights on the dash?

it might need a new brake switch,do a search on the subject been covered numerous times,

got mine from vw for about 8 quid i think.

just a thought does the high boot light work?

if not then it could be the wires in the rubber boot in the hatch,iirc top right hand side.

there was a wire broken in the rubber boot had this prob before with reversing lights,i joined them back with joining blocks,still no brake lights

think you might need to take a closer look again.

Hi

Have you tested the bulbs or just looked at them, the filaments don't always break for the bulb not to work.
